I have been a practicing yogi for over 16 years. I trained at the renowned White Lotus Foundation in California and qualified as a Yoga Therapist with the Yoga Medicine school.

 

In addition to my private therapeutic sessions, I teach weekly yoga classes of Stiff Guy Yoga, Stiff Girl Yoga, Hatha, and Hot Yoga.

 

I believe in helping clients achieve a better quality of life through yoga therapy. My clients are of all ages and have a wide range of conditions and challenges.

 

Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply looking to improve your overall function and well-being, I am here to help.​ One-to-one therapy sessions provide personalised care tailored to each client's unique needs.

What is Yoga Therapy?

In a nutshell, it's yogic physio, three-dimensionally supporting health and wellness.

 

Tailored therapeutic yoga, unlike traditional physio, considers the body as a whole because it recognises that when you're stressed, injured, or in pain, you have to make adjustments – which can negatively impact elsewhere.


How It Works

 

Your first session will last 1 hour and include an in-depth conversation based on your health, your interests, your experience, and your goals. Then you'll be guided through an assessment to establish your plan, which can also be used to measure your progress. Finally, you'll be given 1 or 2 simple techniques to complete at home.

 

We will schedule a 30 minute follow-up session to refine your skills, whilst addressing your changing needs, as you work towards your goals.

One thing to note (in case you are wondering)... it's not a one-to-one yoga class. This is therapy, just like a physiotherapist's appointment, so together we'll be targeting your specific requirements.
